Returns & Exchanges

At Christianity Today, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel as you share your faith with the world. If you are not completely happy with your garment, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
